One of the Scottish Football Association’s (SFA) biggest goals (sorry) is to help inspire the next generation of footballing talent. And one of the biggest ways they’re now doing that is by making online video content accessible to all fledgling Andy Robertsons and Jennifer Beatties.

We were thrilled when they asked us to provide production for a suite of high-performance football training resources, shot with the help of their expert coaches and players at the incredible Oriam National Sports Performance facility.

One of the most interesting corporate productions we’ve ever done, we worked with some of the talented people currently shaping the future of Scottish football – including Fraser Stewart (Under-21 goalkeeping coach), Joe McBride (the JD performance schools coach), Seamus McCafferty (Under-21 Sport Scientist) and Alan Scott (Under-21 Physiotherapist).

Capturing their expertise in real-time, we created short videos, from pre-season fitness tips and drills to goalkeeping skills and fitness tips – all complete with motion graphics - just to make sure we're all doing it correctly.

Needless to say, the Arteus team were in awe of the level of fitness on display – and delighted they didn’t have to take part! (Okay, we admit we did try the hamstring curls but the less said about that the better). If you want to see if you can do better, why not visit the SFA site?
