We’ve been delivering corporate production for Scottish football legends Celtic FC for a number of years now, and our collaborations even landed us a nomination for a Royal Television Society Scotland Awards in 2018. However, the online video brief for their 2019 Season Tickets campaign offered the opportunity to do something quite a bit different.

The script was created by Maguires creative agency in Glasgow, and provided a culmination for their above the line campaign which had been developed around Celtic Park’s nickname - Paradise.

The heroic, yet down to earth, status the players hold in the hearts of all Celtic fans makes them a bit special in the Scottish Premier League and this provided the cornerstone of the creative – superhero talents with a matter of fact manner. Tight timescales are always a challenge. The players have so many commitments you rarely get more than half an hour to nail the shot - good job Calum McGregor is used to delivering first time on the football pitch at Paradise every fortnight. Albeit with less explosions.
